Sad that this is the only resteraunt Freeport has to offer that is status supper club. Food is very blah, the only thing I would recommend is the lounge if you don't mind waiting awhile for service

The Fieldstone Inn is a very nice place to go to dinner and just relax. The food has always been excellent and the service way above par. I would reccomend it to anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet, place to dine in Freeport. The atmosphere is always upbeat.

There are no good restaurants in Freeport. This one is the best of the worst. Food, when it is prepared correctly, which is a crapshoot, is mediocre at best. It is overpriced and uninspired. Broiled meats and fish. No creativity, nothing creative. Service, if that is what you could call it, is haphazard. The staff has not been well trained. If you want a good restaurant leave Freeport and travelt to Galena, Madison, Rockford or Monroe.
