I used to live in chronic pain in my 20's & 30's. I had fibromyagia. Now pain free, I give people self-help tools known as somatics exercises which are spefically designed to eliminate physical pain and discomfort. You can now access a library of somatics exercises online and take care of your pains, stiffness and immobility right at home... and I'll be there to help you. It's my belief we can take care of most of our physical pains by ourself. We just need a guide to help us get started and find a way to get back on track.
