Awful service. Lost my 950 dollar phone and called them right after I got out the car and he drove away for him to come back so I can get my phone that dropped in there taxi. They said they would and would call right back. After 2 hours they did not and we had to call them back. By that time he had already picked up multiple people who could have taken my phone. The lady who took my call Kayla was rude and did not handle the situation correctly and I lost my phone because of her being so stupid know I have to get another and find that one which is not gonna happen. NO one should use there service at all. This happened 2 days ago and they still have to contacted me to say sorry for this problem they caused. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Keith is a a**hole. Most of his drivers are nice but as far as Keith being on the phones he doesn't know how to talk to customers.

World class service, all there drivers are neat, kind and professional. Most important they deliver service on time!

Keith was great, he knew the best route to take and even where a donut shop was on the way.
