Dr. Monte B. Pellmar, MD is a board certified Neurologist. He is also board certified as of 2006 in Headache Medicine, providing our practice with a sub specialty in Headache Medicine as well as Acupuncture. Our Services also include consultations and second opinions. We also offer expert legal reviews and provide independent medical exams (IME's). Dr. Pellmar is a dedicated physician, father and grandfather. He is passionate about keeping up with his medical expertise and treating his patients, first and foremost as individuals. He strives to provide the most up to date treatments, which now includes Botox administration for Chronic Migraine headaches and integrating the ancient art of acupuncture. His desire is to educate as well as treat the headache patient in a relaxed atmosphere with an old fashioned hands on physician-patient relationship.
