I don't know what Jack4ems is talking about each time I call I speak to someone.

I don't like dealing with a automated phone system, real people do listen and give you a warm good feeling with your problem.

I was pleased with the work they did. They were very friendly and the job was of reasonable cost. Thats important to me in this economy, especially being a senior citizen on a fixed income.

I needed a Oreck brush roll and they had it in stock ! they also had the bags and belts for 2 other Hoovers that I have



Higly recommend them . But call first they said that they have limited hours for showroom sales due to the fact that they actually make vacuums
