The service that Rick provided was outstanding. Rick researched our issue and determined it was likely related to a recall on the vehicle. In stead of fixing the problem and charging me roughly $500, his advice resulted in me taking the car to a dealer where the repair was conducted at no charge. Being new to the Random Lake area, this example of integrity gives me great confidence to leverage Parkside Auto for any future auto repair needs.

Park side auto is one of Fredonias most esteemed auto garages. Located next to firemans park in Fredonia it's lot is forever cycling through vehicles in need of repair. We have also seen many municipal vehicles from the county getting serviced here as well. Always friendly and a well maintained building. We have lived directly behind their business for 16 years and have never heard any extra noise or smells like you get from most auto garages. We appreciate having such a nice business so close!
