Waltlou Mobile Home Park, is a small mobile home park, located behind Waltlou Propane Gas. We lease out the mobile homes in 1 year intervals. We promote a family atmosphere, and maintain a peaceful, quiet, respectful, clean and safe environment for families to live. No smoking permitted indoors, No pets permitted in the park. Waltlou Efficiencies are all inclusive 1 bedroom or studio apartments, all with full kitchens, all utilities included with cable, furnished, charging by the week. Laundry mat and bus stop on the premises. Deposit required, each week paid in advance. No pets and no smoking indoors. We actively promote the same environment as the park, and expect adhearance to the rules in order to promote a family environment.
