They did show up as committed, and neatly did the TV repair evaluation. My problem is the obscene $170 charge for the service call, a portion of which was theoretically to be credited if the repair went forward! The total repair cost including the circuit board would have been too high to make sense, but probably half of the very expensive service call fee was a throw-away to get that information.

"TV SHOP" has to be THE WORST business on Earth. First, it takes them 48 hours to receive a fax. I'll repeat: Yes, it takes TV Shop 48 hours to recieve a fax. Then once they receive the fax-without ever seeing my tv-they need to "study" my TV to figure out what equipment they'll need to bring. So far - that "study" process has taken three days. It's so unbelievably shocking how inefficient they are. It's almost as if they don't want to take your money. Hysterically, their motto on their website is "Where Customer's Satisfaction Is Our Job" HA! My 65" tv has been broken since Tuesday. I've called them (they've never once called me) Tues, Thurs, Fri and again today Saturday. I'm told they STILL cannot schedule me an appointment and will get back to me Monday. After several heartattacks and plotting their death, I called "Burke Electronics" in Woodbridge and WITHIN SEVEN MINUTES HAVE AN APPOINTMENT ON TUESDAY! Three days from now!! DO NOT CALL TV SHOP, CALL BURKE ELECTRONICS!!!!
