The worst part about this company is when I called the owner to discuss my frustration with him he told me that he had so much business this holiday weekend (Memorial Day Weekend) that he did not need my business! I called to get an estimate to have my pool opened and I was told it was a flat rate of $225. I even asked if there were additional fees or supplies (for chemicals and such) that would be necessasary to have my pool opened, however; I was told $225 would include everything! Well, that was not the case! They charged me $420 to open my pool and did not even discuss this with me! As the owner of the pool, I have a right to know what is happening with my pool and how much you plan to charge. I understand the company is out to make a profit, however; be honest about your prices up front! The owner had the nerve to state that they do only charge $225 to close the pool, without additional fees. I'm sorry buddy, you've lost all credibility at this point! I will never again do business with Turner's Pool Service!

Let me start by saying DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They may seem too good to be true, well they are! I received a quote to replace a liner in my in ground pool. The quote was a couple 100 dollars cheaper than any other quote I could find. Julie was helpful via email and we submitted our 50% deposit. I provided Julie was a list of dates of availability and she choose the second to latest date I provided. We submitted our deposit on April 10th and set the install date for May 7th (4 weeks). On May 6th, I emailed Julie to ensure what time the installers would arrive on May 7th as I have an infant and want to ensure he's situated while I meet with the installers. Julie called me back a couple hours later and left me a VM that the liner was not in, but she would be tracking it and it is scheduled to be in the following day - however if it's not in they would install on the 12th. That was NOT one of the avail dates I listed nor was a happy that I had arranged to be off work and planned my day around the liner being installed. I emailed Julie back and explained my unhappiness and questioned why the liner wasn't in as we had placed or order 4 weeks ago. I expected a call back or email later that day. It never came. I called the following morning, the scheduled day of the install and left a message. I received a call back about an hour later from a gentlemen (name unknown). He said he was calling to tell me my liner wasn't in and they would install next Tuesday. I explained that that was unacceptable and I had planned my day around the liner being installed (being off work = loss in salary) and that this is exactly what the complaints on the BBB website say about Turner Pools. He continued to tell my that "life's not fair" and 'well that's tough" and "you WILL NOT be receiving a discount" and then told me I was being "unreasonable" and "nasty" and promptly hung up on me. I have done business with many companies from both sides of the street, but I HAVE NEVER spoke with anyone so condescending, rude and disrespectful. I called back and asked to speak with Julie. He stated she wasn't in and I explained that I don't know who he is, but I've been working with Julie and I want to speak with her. I also emailed Julie about her rude employee or owner or whoever he is and expressed my dissatisfaction with his lack of customer service. I'm awaiting a call or email back. I can understand if they had to reschedule due to weather or a manufacturer defect in the liner or basically anything other than "well it's not here". And I had to initiate the call to them to check on the install; they could have called me a week ago and given me a heads up that the liner was pending shipping. DO NOT USE THEM! READ THE BBB AND TRUST THE COMPLAINTS YOU SEE ON THERE!

Great shop.They installed a pump at very fair price.They never try to push us to buy.Family friendly store.

Wow .Turners have been good to our family pool for past 3 seasons.We test water twice a week at their store and never get oversold or pushed into buying.They wired a pump for me at very low rate.Good service.

This company has continually lied and over billed clients. I was told that with the first cleaning they would return as many times as it took until the pool was clean. This DID NOT occur. Started billing almost immediately. Fraudulent billing practices! Keep your money in your pocket! DO NOT hire Turner s Pool and Spa!!

DO NOT USE THEM. Liner was pulling away from wall in the pool. There was a hole that was getting bigger behind the liner they said not a problem. Tried to bill for other things that wasn't needed. Will not use them to reopen our pool. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Incredibly shoddy job! When I questioned bumps & wrinkles in liner at installation I was told it was normal. Lie. It caused holes in liner. $ to repair. Caused more holes in liner $$ to repair. Needed new liner w/in 5 years. $$$$ to repair! Bottom was overdug by 14 to 18 in. & rather than correcting it, they just installed the liner anyway. Weight of water pulled liner down. Vermiculate was so poorly installed, the entire bottom had to be removed! It took 13 tons of gravel to fill the overdig! Spent over $6000 fixing their work! Each time I contacted them, they insisted it was installed properly. Wouldn't recommend them for a kiddie pool! Horrible experience!!!!

Incomplete evaluation of repairs needed when a liner was replaced; they brought up additional items that should have been a part of the evaluation initially. Two years later we have another repair bill (went to someone else) to address the initial issues, and discovered that gaskets either weren't replaced by Turner Pool at all, or when two gaskets were required, only one was in place. This was not the first disappointing service experience, and neighbors have had very unsatisfactory experiences as well. Would not recommend.
