I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Willoghby or her staff or her billing policies. As a fellow business owner I know how difficult it can be when dealing with the public. Few people will praise great work but a few will make the effort to take out their frustrations with bad reviews and negative remarks. My entire family uses TDC and have never experienced anything but the highest level of service and professionalism. Never once. I just left a review for her after my last visit on a other site that listed 129 Five Star reviews and saw this unflattering, non representative One Star rating. If you need a dentist, Dr. Willoughby is a great one.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. WILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER GOING BACK EVEN IF I WERE TO HAVE AN EMERGENCY. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, AND CHARGE YOU IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO NEIGHBAUR OR ANOTHER REPUTABLE PLACE. AN EMPLOYEE ALSO STOLE CASH THAT I PAID. GOOD THING I HAD MY RECEIPT TO PROVE PAYMENT WAS MADE. SHE WAS FIRED BUT ONCE AGAIN, THEY HIRE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE THERE.

Very poor quality dental work. Now ~3 years later I've had to have all of the fillings replaced that Tranquility put in because of their shoddy work.

They tried charging me for work that was never done (fortunately I paid attention to what I was billed for).

They charged much more than other local dentists (with the same insurance).

I do NOT recommend going to Tranquility Dental.

I got a tooth pulled on Wednesday Friday morning I called at 9 am I was in the worst pain of my life. someone answered the phone and I told her what was going on and she told me sorry we are closed today. I said what am I supposed to do I hurt so bad and she said put a ice pack on it and come in Monday when we open. well something wasn't right so I had to find another dentist that would take me in right away had to pay out of pocket $150 because my insurance wouldn't cover it because this was not the Dr. That pulled my tooth and they had already gotten paid. I had dry socket and the dentist on levels rd fixed me up. so why does their hours say Friday till one? it was nine when I called. I felt like they didn'twant to help me.
