Requested service on 1 year old dryer. Technician hurried through job and informed us that dryer vent was plugged. However, he stated that, even though the company has the proper tools, Raytech would not unplug the dryer vent and that we should call a vent cleaner to do it! Technician took our $75 for service call and left without fixing the problem! Very disappointed, don't use this company or you will get ripped off!

We recently contacted Raytech to do warranty service on our washing machine. I was very impressed from the start. Excellent and timley communication with customer service. They took the initiative to order the suspected part needed so that we would not be waiting for a repair as long. The repairman came at the appointed time and were extremely courteous and did a great job repairing our washing machine. They were both very neat and clean and even took the box the part came in with them! I would definitely highly recommend! Great work and customer service like this do not go unnoticed!
