I have nothing but great things to say about Danielle and Ashley! They are a great team and an asset to the firm. They took on my very complicated child support modification case that was being moved from another state with an uncooperative ex-spouse and handled it with poise. They both answered all my questions as fast as they could..... even when I called too much! Danielle helped me prep for questions and cross-examination when my case went to court. Ashley is the glue that keeps operations running smooth and always pleasent when on the phone. Both have drive to finish the job and give your case the attention it deserves. I would hire Danielle and Ashley again if i needed them.

I was very pleased with the handling of my divorce by Ms. Snead and Ms. Constant. Ms. Snead addressed any worries promptly and always clarified things that I didn't understand. She did an outstanding job in respects to this difficult situation.

Have retained Ben Carafiol twice to prepare family planning documents for me. He was the consummate professional in every area. Ben seemed to anticipate my every question or concern and always tendered a well thought out course-of-action. His work was timely and accurate. Ashley Constant, a paralegal was also very helpful and always went out of her way to keep me informed. Suzanne and Maria did a great job. My husband is American and I'm French, they helped us very efficiently with all the paperwork. We were scared to have to wait for long months before being able to live together and I recently invested in the USA with a special visa so I really needed to adjust my situation. We avoided a cruel and ruining situation like being away from each other with the huge cost of living apart in 2 expensive cities: Paris and Washington DC. I recommend them for all your immigration needs

Jim Livesay is the BEST military divorce attorney in the area. His knowledge and expertise on crucial issues in a military divorce surpasses all others. His foresight in preparing my divorce documents protected me when DFAS requested a Clarifying Order from the courts regarding my portion of the military retirement in which I was awarded in my Divorce Decree. Unaware that my ex-husband could claim disability once he retires and this would lower the amount I would receive from the retirement pay, he included language that guards against such action occurring. I began my proceedings with a military attorney. I'm grateful I took those documents to Mr. Livesay prior to filing for my divorce. Without his expertise, the outcome of my divorce settlement would have been disastrous. His knowledge and expertise came HIGHLY recommended by his colleagues and now his client. Livesay & Myers is a truly excellent firm. I have had several dealings with the folks in this firm and they are sharp, trend setting legal experts.
