A friend recommended them. I took in a bag full of costume jewelry that had belonged to my grandmother. The woman (sorry unusual name. can't remember it) who helped me went through all of it with me and then came up with some great ideas for restringing. Everything looked wonderful when it was done and the cost was VERY reasonable. Would highly recommend them/her.
