We will teach you how to use these tools from proven treatment strategies so that you can spend time focusing on what matters to you. We work with all ages in additional areas of post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, low self-esteem, parenting, career transition, and life stressors. We have the privilege and pleasure of working over 6 years with military Veterans, Active Duty Soldiers, and military families around readjustment, transitions, and trauma."
