I purchased a brake cable kit for $24.99. Without using it, I returned it and was told that I could only get store credit. This was disappointing, however I took the store credit. Later I returned and got some repair help, costing $3.00. Upon paying with my store credit, I asked how long the credit was good. The owner replied, "90 days." I asked if a gift certificate would last longer. He confirmed that it would, then replied "I'm not making a gift certificate for $20. Just keep it. You'll spend that in three months."I find their return policy to be "store friendly," not consumer friendly.
