don't a lady named betty hodges appraise your home she base her appraisel on her opinions of a home. not market value or land value just had my home done her comparison of my 10 acre site with 5 and a 1 acre lot homes which would be 10000to 20000less in values and homes with less sq.feet. also did not look up county records to see if a 2 story garage was approved and inspected her opinion was maybe it was. and the three bedrooms my home have access to the master bath she said my guest have no place to take a shower what a feeble mind lady she is putting value on a home based on her a home opinion not true market value I have had many apppraisels done in the past never have i heard of a house dropping in value 72000 from the appraisel 6 months ago when house prices are going up this year and I told her I built my home I was home building contractor for 30 years. I should of had run her of my property when she started acting weird and asking dumb questions that made no sense
