I found Waldin Jewelers while looking for an engagement ring. I went to 3 other jewelers before Waldin and ended up getting my ring here because of their wide selection. The customer service was great! I worked with Alex, who was very helpful and patient in helping me pick out the engagement ring. Needless to say, we ended up getting our wedding rings here as well. Overall, Waldin Jewelers has by far the biggest selection of the jewelers I went to, and I preferred shopping here rather than on online due to the great service and quality of jewelry.

Do not buy jewelry at this store, the owner is rude and will not refund money for shoddy merchandise, I bought a $700 bracelet and the stones keep falling out. They will not refund my money even though 2 stones have fallen out in the last month from normal wear. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING IN THIS STORE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE MERCHANDISE.

I managed to damage my engagement ring three days before my wedding and they fixed the bent prong in under an hour, cleaned the ring, and returned it to me for a very reasonable price. Such a relief not to have to send my ring out or wait for days worrying if it would be ready. Will definitely return here in the future - best experience I've had with jewelry repair.
