Established in 1985, Uncle Ralph's Cookies is a wholesaler and manufacturer of baked cookies and brownies and is located in Frederick, Md. It has a more than 28,000-square-foot facility and serves cookies to various gourmet shops, restaurants, hotels and bakeries. The bakery offers a variety of cookies, including chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia, double chocolate, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter milk chocolate and white chunk pecan cookies. It also offers a wide range of brownies, such as double and walnut chocolate chip, cream cheese swirl, coconut dream, chocolate peanut butter bar and caramel surprise brownie. Additionally, Uncle Ralph's Cookies offers crumb cakes in various flavors that include chocolate, cream cheese, cherry crumb, strawberry and raspberry.
