My husband went in and purchased a gun...no assistance in filling out the state application....paid for it in full and waited almost 2 months because they do not send the applications as they recieve...only when they feel they have enough to do so. My husband called to check on the status and was told they sold the gun he had paid for already and he needed to reapply AS HE HAD LIED on his application. His application came back on hold due to a question from the state. The Gun Center never contacted him at all to speak with him, they just sold the gun and held onto our money. It took almost 3 weeks with numerous phone calls as all staff said ONLY the owner can issue a credit back on the credit card...yet they had sold the gun a month earlier. Ended up, that we had to have the Frederick City Police make an appearance for us to get the money back accusing them of theft of money for no goods recieved...and the "hold" placed on my husbands application was completely administrative (our
