I have had two surgeries, traditional radiation, chemotherapy (FOLFOX) for colorectal cancer and still had an inoperable tumor in my Sacral Plexus. The only option left was Cyberknife. I chose Dr. Gagnon based on my 'homework' on him and, after meeting him, my instincts told me to trust him implicitly. I had five C'knife treatments and was always treated with patience and respect. Dr. Gagnon was direct and very honest in all of hie answers which was just not found in Baltimore, Philadelphia or some other centers. I just had a CT for possible ascietes and my Sacral Plexus tumor remains gone post Cyberknife. One must remember it is more then the machine, it is the physician, physicist, personnel and basic kindness that was displayed by all of the personnel. If you are close, go to Dr. Gagnon as he and his staff will treat you as a human first and your sickness second. I am blessed to have been able to see him.
