I've had a plumbing issue for a couple of weeks and our home warranty company assigned another company that came over and ripped us off. Eventually we found our way to Willard Plumbing and what a huge difference it made! They are determined to make things right. I found them very professional, on-time and excellent to work with. The other company tried to get me to replace things that Willard said weren't even broken. They also charged a much more reasonable rate. I mean, they are still plumbers and it's not cheap, but it was much less than the other company was quoting me. Honest and reliable are the two words I'd use to describe them. We're very satisfied customers.
