They did a fair job on the countertop. But a small repair brings us into trouble. They don't stick to their promised times and you heard all kinds of excuse. I don't know when they will come to finish the job. It has been 2 weeks and now they say next Wednesday. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Very disappointed by their customer service afterwards.
