It builds Rental Tough EDCO products to be high quality, easily serviceable and long lasting. The company manufactures all EDCO equipment in its 85,000-square-foot facility in Frederick, Md. Equipment Development Company offers a line of surface-preparation equipment for the construction industry. Products are used to take up linoleum, ceramic and vinyl tile and remove carpet backing, coatings, tile adhesives, epoxies, urethanes and paints from concrete, asphalt, masonry or steel surfaces.
