I lived at Detrick Plaza for two years, and plan on moving back asap.Managment and staff always professional and pleasant. Property well maintained and common areas cleaned on daily basis. Safe and peasant, convenient walking neighborhood. Very cat friendly and yes, the cats are happy residents as well. All policies are fair and legal.
