Is it possible to give no stars? I am fed up with their constant tomfoolery! They are unorganized, their online systems are always full of glitches and it seems like every other week that they are updating their website, so I can't access my online account. There has been an IT issue with my online account for the past two months leaving me unable to transfer money between my accounts or access it at all. I have called numerous times, I have gone in person to multiple branches (hoping the service would be better at another branch) but the issue still hasn't been resolved. Two whole months of being unable to access my own hard earned funds. They also block my account for no apparent reason every 2 or 3 weeks. They consistently charge me overdraft fees despite my account having overdraft protection. I'm also going to throw out there that their IT people are mythical. (Seriously. It's been 2 months. Does the IT department exist?)

The staff is very nice, always willing to help, always warm and kind. Ive been banking with this office since they opened and although I live out of state now, I stop now and then and they're always nice to me. -Blanca Rickard

Although the network has been down a few times I have been there as stated I have always had wonderful service. The staff is always helpful and very respectful. I started with a vehicle loan with them and appreciated the good service so much I transferred my banking to them as well. Their rates are great and their service is wonderful!

Absolutely pathetic. Over the years, I've had various episodes with this branch. Miscounted money and network is down, are the most common complaints.
