I was quoted a 2-3 day turnaround on a product and 5 days later I never received what I needed. Not only did I not receive it, when I contacted Sophie, she told me that it was next to be printed multiple times. In the end, I confronted them for their terrible service and they cancelled my order and told me to go to Staples or Sir Speedy. This is a terrible company and you will save time and money going through someone else.

Owner charged me $16 to scan and e-mail a letter of 20~ pages. Respectfully requested a $10 credit in the amount of a competitor's (Staples) price for the same job, but no reply. I know his e-mail works. Was trying to steer $ towards the industrial side of town, but I will sadly operate on price in the future. Lesson learned; buyer beware.
