I just had Brisendine out to inspect my furnace. Scott was very nice, and also thorough and honest. He did not push me to purchase anything, even though my furnace is 20 years old. The inspection was very reasonably priced. I paid cash...I counted twice to make sure I gave him the correct amount. I handed him the cash...he saw me counting it to myself, so trusted that I counted correctly. He gave me a paid receipt and left my home. He returned to my home a short time later. Somehow, I had given him an extra $100. The inspection was quite a bit under $100, but I had somehow put in two extra $50 bills. Don't ask me how. He returned the money and apologized for not recounting it while in my house. He was so nice and honest. I would not have known what I did with the missing money if he hadn't come back, because I thought I counted correctly. That was my grocery money...Thank God I had an honest person come do my inspection! Thank you Scott!!!

Never had a company respond as quickly as this one! If they don't have the part they need, they find it -even if it means going out of their way to get it. As far as I'm concerned, there is NO OTHER heating and cooling company!
