Apollo EDM, one of the specialists in Electrical Discharge Machining, has been an important source for CNC-EDM, Wire-EDM and RAM-EDM products since 1969. The EDM process is most widely used by the mold making and die industries, but it is also a common method of making prototype and production parts specially in the aerospace and electronic industries, where the production quantities are relatively low. The company has crane capabilities upto 20 tons, can wire 20 feet cylinders, operate off-site machining, offers high-speed graphite CNC diamond-cutting and CAD programs such as Master Cam Cimitron Esprit. Its caters to specialties that include plastic mold and components, sheet metal dies, extrusion dies, cams, splines and helicoil gears, ring and go- no-go gages, aircraft parts, military approved, prototype and production machining and thread tapping in carbide.
