Horrible Customer Service! Called to place a 15 ton order of rock today. I picked up a flyer at the location and was told it was a different price. Young female who answered the phone was incompetent. A different lady Christine pick up the phone and said I don't appreciate you flustering my staff??? Christine then said" You can take your business else where" In which I did! Way to go Quality landscape, you lost a $1000 sale. I went to Sante Fe Rock and Gravel in Elizabeth, Co.

Today we order top soil for delivery. The deliver window was from 1pm to 3pm. We called the office after 3pm to leave directions on where to dump to the top soil since we had an appointment and they didn't show up as scheduled. We get home today to find the top soil delivered on our side street and actually in the street stopping traffic. We called the office with this complaint and they could have cared less. We will never shop at this landscaping business again. Poor customer service overall.
