Contacted Utphall to repair a 3' x 10' concrete stoop that was crumbling. They said they would be out the following day to look at it. They never showed, nor ever called again regarding it. We wasted a few days waiting for them to call and looking for another contractor when we were trying to get our house on the market. Their add says 'all jobs accepted, large or small'. Apparently they only want the small ones. Do not waste your time contacting these people.
