We previously posted a review on December 22, 2011, expressing our concern with this company due to a refund that we had not received. We wished to update our review by stating that we finally received the refund along with a letter of apology from the owner explaining the circumstances that led to the delay. Although it is unfortunate that no one was able to contact us sooner to let us know what was happening, we are satisfied with the response.
