Pleasant View Elementary is a part of Franklin Public Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Pleasant View Elementary serves more than 400 students in kindergarten through grade six. Its employees include teachers, special education coordinators, psychologists, social workers and support staff. Pleasant View Elementary offers a range of student programs in art, band, music and physical education. It also offers speech pathology, occupational and physical therapies and guidance counseling services to students. In addition, the school provides the English as a Second Language program. Pleasant View Elementary has a parent-teacher association that provides a variety of activities and opportunities for students and families to become involved at school.
