Larry showed up right on time for my scheduled 12-2 quarterly appointment. He did a thorough job on the exterior of my home. He was professional and courteous as always.

Terminix, out of Franklin, Tennessee, has done a good job for us about 8 years. My ONLY GRIPE involves communication. Try calling Terminex at their home office, you're sent to a corporate "machine" ... "For home service press 1" ... you press 1 ... "this call may be recorded" ... "all our representatives are helping other customers" ... THEN, they launch into a commerical pitch. I merely wanted them to re-visit a PEST CONTROL issue at my home. Instead, they turned out to be the PEST.
