We purchased a treadmill and other equipment from you a couple of years ago. We returned to the store last week and were going to purchase an elliptical and a recumbent bike. We drove there from West Tennessee with a truck so that we could purchase this equipment. We went in and no one offered to help us. Two men were at a desk talking. We stayed around ten minutes and finally as we walked toward the men one mumbled be with you in a minute. We stayed another ten to fifteen minutes and were never spoken to again. We left the store and no one said anything to us as we exited. This would have been a purchase of at least five thousand dollars.
