TOTAL SCAM IN MY OPINION. MICHAEL WHAT'S HIS FACE IS SCUM WHO DOESN'T PAY HIS EMPLOYEES. WHAT HE TRYS TO SELL IS A JOKE. NEEDS TO BE SUED

I had an representative from this company cold call my business. I would say I wasn't open to changing my business services at first due to some bad experiences I had in the past. The representative Doug was very nice and knowledgeable. Black Sea Inc. is directly contracted through at&t and I can see why. Every time I have dealt with at&t in the past it was a huge hassle, and you get transferred everywhere.

Every time I called this young man he answered my calls or called me back shortly after. He was able to really make me feel good about being back with at&t. Their service is much better than I remember and he was able to provide me with some great savings
