We ordered a carport from them and it got delayed with no notification from them. When they finally did come out to install they sent the wrong parts and the installers said we couldn't have what we ordered. They finally resolved that we could, but it would be delayed another month. Scheduling and communication were a terrible experience and we barely got any apology. We cancelled our order and are waiting for a refund.

I had a sunroom built three years ago by A Better Living of Nashville. They say they have a 50 year warranty, don't believe them. I've called several times to have someone to come out and look at my room due to rain coming in the windows. I have hardwood floors in my room, that are now warped. Was told that I'd have to pay a 75.00 service fee just for them to come out, and look at the damage. After I continuously refused to pay the 75.00 service fee I was told that they'd give me a call prior to coming out to discuss with me. That's never happened. Was also told that I'd receive a $10.00 gas card when I purchased my sunroom, three years later, and several phone calls, and I haven't received that either. The salesman also indicated that he'd come out, and take a picture of my room after it was built, three years later that's never happened. I guess my next step's going to be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Rhonda Finchum

We love our room, it's the best room in the house. It really changed our lives. We are so glad we did it. They did a great job. The crews were really good, curtious and wonderful to work with. They did a great job. We are really pleased with the quality and the workmanship. We would recommend them.

We love our Patio Room from Betterliving of Nashville! Our experience was wonderful, beginning with setting our first appointment to the Design Consultantant who visited our home and reviewed our options, to the Customer Care Department and then the Installation Crew.

We had considered a Patio Room for a long time and were not sure we wanted to make the investment. Now we wonder why we waited so long! Our Patio Room is the room that we entertain family and friends in, eait in and relax in. It is a wonderful addition to our home and now we are able to enjoy the beauty of our back yard so much easier!
