On March 14, 2011 at 3:00 pm, I dropped a very important package this AIM Mail Center 168, 1000 Meridian Blvd., Ste. 104, Franklin, TN 3706. I am very disappointed that this package did not go out via FedEx as expected. This was a very important package that needed to be in my corporate office today 3/15. I dropped it off with a young man that was so busy sorting Mail that he barely acknowledged me and asked me to set the envelop on the counter to his left . I asked him if this package would go out today and he stated yes. When there area admin contacted me today and asked about the package, the tracking number could not be traced and was not recognized in the FedEx system. I called this store and was told the package would go out today. When I asked the lady on the phone why did it not go out yesterday as promised ? She could not offer me an explanation. I also asked her why should I pay for a package to be delivered a day late? She offered me no relief of payment. What pitiful customer service this store has in representing FedEx. Do they not have a process to assure all packages go out as promised to customers? It is partially my fault as I used this store as a convenience rather that going to FedEx directly. If you choose to use this store get some guarantee that your package will be handled in the manner promised.
