Terrible company . Customer service is non existent. Installers have very limited skill and try and shortcut installation process. Arrive at noontherfore installation took 3 days. . You will have to sue them to get satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and have nothing to do with this company
Taylor's Hearth and Leisure is a great store. They have an excellent selection. There is nothing to complaine about Taylors. The sales clerks welcoming, and their workers are very nice. For your fireplace or barbecue needs go to Taylor's Hearth and Leisure!
