The people that run this place are crooks in my opinion. My wife went there wanting to get her hair made up. It typically costs around $25 but the guy (from Kazakhstan) insisted on charging $45 knowing that we were from out of town and urgently needed to get it done. They spent about 10 minutes doing it.



I recommend that ABSOLUTELY NOBODY SHOULD GO HERE! I live in Ukraine and the guy that runs this place reminds me of the crooked taxi drivers that work at the train station here.



Dear owners: You should remember me and these reviews (that I am placing on every major site) when you service customers in the future. The Internet will end up shutting your business if you continue to act in this way.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went there because I know someone who went there to get her hair done (stripped, dyed, and highlighted) and it came out very nice! I had never colored my hair before and I was trusting this place to do a decent job. I went in with a picture and told them that I wanted to go lighter brown and then get highlights (I have very dark hair). They told me not to change the base because it would dry out my hair so I trusted their opinion and said if you can get me the color in the picture without dying the base, that's fine. The hair dresser just put blonde highlights in my already very very dark brown hair and it came out looking like salt/pepper or a very faint gray color. I went back, showed the owner the picture that I wanted, which my hair clearly looked nothing like. She had another women take me and change the toner in my hair. This lady put a red toner in my hair to give me a warmer brown and I asked her is this going to turn my hair red? And she said no just that it would give me a "warmer" brown. Well, my hair is now RED! So I asked for light brown hair with highlights and I went from plain BLONDE highlights on my dark hair to now having RED highlights. The owner is completely incompetent. She saw my hair and said that they changed my base entirely and that it looked good (of course she is going to say that). I said how can you say that they changed the base when the stylist herself told me that she was NOT going to change my base cause it would dry out my hair and I would have to have it colored every month. In addition, there is really bad customer service here. I had to wait about 3 hours, not even for highlights but just because the stylist kept taking clients in between me getting toner put in, washed out, etc. I debated going back to have them fix my hair or at least give me a refund (I doubted they would do that) but I'm afraid of what additional damage they might do to my hair. While I was there, there was also another client who started flipping out on her stylist because he would not give her what she wanted, yet kept trying to fix it his way. She was hysterical and crying and I completely sympathize with her. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I will never ever go back there and I will speak harshly of this place if anyone that I know is thinking about going there.

They do not know what they are doing & do not listen to how the customer wants their hair done. We went there just to have my son's hair spiked for prom. We stated no hair cut he just had one 2 days ago he just needs the top of it spiked. They took out the electirc razor & we told them no hair cut just sytle it. They said the bottom of the hair line was crooked & need to be straightened & instead they cut his hair. I told them to stop but being they used the elector razor & shaved a huge spot in the middle of the back of his head they had to cut it & order to try to corrcet what they screwed up. they cut it so short they left peach fuzz on the back & sides of his head. NO HAIR. What they did leave on top of his head was too short to spike they could only spike a few pieces of hair at the hair line. THEY ARE THE MOST IMCOMPETENT hairsalon.

I love the custom blend weaves and have been a customer for almost 10 years but I'm having trouble locating them, the number listed does not work, Help!!!!!!!!

They have a great product and the people are courteous
