Established in 1968, Mandel Metals is a family-owned and operated company. It is a full-service aluminum distributor. The company provides a variety of products, such as aluminum sheets, plates, coils and extrusions. Mandel Metals offers a range of services that include leveling, slitting, shearing, bar cutting and plate sawing. The company stocks common and heat-treatable alloys, painted sheets and coils and specialty items, such as Mantek, which is a special treatment applied to aluminum sheets that results in a matte finish. Mandel Metals has branches at various locations, including Franklin Park, Ill.; Chardon, Ohio; Dallas; and Monterey Park, Calif.
