Established in1950, J.P. Phillips provides lathing and plastering services. It offers services in the areas of exterior insulation finish systems, stucco and intricate ornamental plastering. The company s clients include Hilton Chicago Hotel, Evanston Hospital, The Art Institute of Chicago, Holy Family Church and Wisconsin State Capitol. J.P. Phillips has worked with Packer Engineering and Wiss Janney on various restoration projects, such as Harpo Studios, Olympia Center and several private residences. It has been certified as an EIFSmart contractor. It is a member of the Association of the Wall & Ceiling Industry.
