The woman waiting on us made a mistake on one of the colors, then tried correcting it manually. It still was not right, so we asked her to re-mix it. She refused, saying it would be exactly the same. She would refund us for the one gallon, but would not mix a new gallon. She stared us down. Since she did not want to re-make our last gallon, we asked her if the local ACE Hardware carried Benjamin Moore so we could get it made, to which she lied and said they did not carry the Regal line. On our way out, the woman sarcastically thanked my painter. I do not understand her need for the drama. When you spend the extra money for Benjamin Moore, is it asking too much to be happy with what is on your wall? Save yourself a headache --- go to the ACE down the street instead. A kid mixed our paint via computer, making it very difficult to get it wrong. Not only did they have the Regal line (in the new packaging, indicating that F&W stocks old paint), but ACE even carries samples.
