We have boarded our dog here many times: for overnight, a few days, a couple weeks, and a month. The owners are very caring and take care of your pet like it was their own. Our Boston knows where he is as soon as we turn into the driveway and can’t wait to get inside to see his friends. This is truly his home away from home. We highly recommend TLC as the pet resort to call if you are looking for a home away from home for your pet.

Long-time customer but we will never leave our dog there again. Must have caught the owner on a bad morning. Chaos in the office as an unruly and wild dog was brought out for pickup. Mother and daughter picking up the dog were totally unable to control it. I had to fend it off with my forearm in front of my face. Then the kennel owner blamed us for being in the office, even though we had not been issued a clear instruction to stay out, and even though he had not been present during the chaos. In fact, it is the owner's responsibility to establish a controlled and safe protocol for pick up and drop off. In this, he failed completely. There are no signs or directions posted. When he returned to the office, the kennel owner was in a rage, shouting at us and using foul language. There is no way we will ever leave our dog with him again.

Great "hotel" for your fur babies! Very friendly staff, great rates, and they spoil your fur babies!

Our dog is 15 now and he has been boarding with TLC for our vacations since he was 6 months old. As well as our cat who was 14 before he passed on. They took good care of them and my newer dog. We will definitely go through them for our next vacation.

We've had our mastiff and our corgis stay at TLC. The people are wonderful--they all genuinely care about the animals staying there. And they offer "doggy day care" which is a great help when the corgis get on my nerves. ;)

we have a german shephard and hes not very good with strangers, but he was welcomed to the TLC pet resort very kindly and the oweners took time to get to know Gary bear. They took a great care of our pooch. VERY NICE PEOPLE!!!!! GREAT PLACE!!!!! Totally RECOMEND!!!!
