Absolutely terrible. Management was horribly rude. He began yelling at the poor girl taking our order. She was clearly in training. They overcharged us and would not change it and then didn't even give us the stuff they charged us for! Absolutely horrible. Manager should be fired for the chaos I just witnessed.

This is the best wendy's we've ever been too! We used to live in Franklin and went here often. The food was always fresh, unlike most wendy's I've been too. I've yet to find another wendy's that has food nearly as good.
