Purchased a countertop for our laundry room. The countertop arrived defective and after several calls to the company, and returning calls because they did not follow up as promised, they delivered a new support beam. My contractor had to install the support beam for free because Shur-Form refused to reimburse him for his labor. This support beam made no difference in the defective bowed counter top, so I called the company back. After making 3 calls in which nothing happened and no resolution was made, Shur-Form emailed my contractor and basically told him they were doing nothing and to break the news to me because they obviously did not have the guts to call me themselves. I was very patient, friendly, and understanding through the process. After spending thousands on a laundry room reno, the countertop cheapens the entire project. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. Pursue this company with much caution as they will not make your order right if issues arise.
