I used to take my animals to this vet. I took my cat here for a standard neutering procedure when he was a kitten. The vet called me and told me that he wasn't doing well (apparently he was bleeding out) and that they didn't have the facilities to deal with his worsening condition and suggested that I pick him up and transport him to ER services elsewhere. I live 30 minutes from the vet and the closest Animal ER was 30 minutes from the vet as well. I asked them if they had any transport services or contacts to transport him to proper facilities in his quickly worsening condition (since I was far away). They said they would not transport him or provide me with a service contact that could help transport him where he could receive care. All this time he is continuing to bleed out- the 30 minutes I drove to pick him up and the additional 30 minutes I had to drive him to the Animal ER in Cincinnati in a panicked state as he still continued to bleed out. :(

Excellent service cared for my dog like he was their own.Explained things to me so I could understand. Won't take my pets anywhere else.
