- GynecologyWelcome to Hilltop Obstetrics & Gynecology. Whether you are a new or established patient, we want you to feel comfortable during your visit. After office hours, our physicians are on-call to care for your emergent needs. We're here for you, when you need us most. We try to gather us much information from you when you call to schedule your appointment, but we also offer a previsit check-in a few days prior to your appointment. You will be emailed a link to check in prior to your visit. You will be able to verify that all the information we have for you is correct and update or correct anything necessary. This allows for a quick and simple check in once you arrive. Also, it's important to bring with you your current insurance card, driver's license, and your copay or any out-of pocket payment that's required by your insurance company. If you choose not to complete the previsit check-in we request that you arrive 15 minutes early so you can verify all your information prior to your appointment time.
- ObstetricsObstetrics encompasses the care provided for expectant mothers before, during and after your baby's birth. Prenatal care includes routine physician appointments and diagnostic testing throughout your pregnancy to monitor your health and that of your baby. We'll be there for you after baby's birth to monitor your health and continue to answer questions for you as you and your family adjust to your new arrival.
- EndometriosisGynecology may be defined as the diagnosis and treatment of disease and conditions that occur in the female reproductive organs of the body. Annual preventive care is a vital component to maintaining good health regardless of your age. We'll help you as your body transitions from one life phase to another, answering questions and offering diagnostic testing and treatment options such as urodynamic testing for bladder incontinence and treatment options for menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, gynecologic infections and endometriosis. Our physicians are experienced surgeons performing cervical and endometrial biopsies and various inpatient and outpatient surgeries and procedures to help restore your health.

- Labor and DeliveryIf this is your first pregnancy, prenatal classes are a great way to understand and prepare you for what's to come. You'll learn a great deal about the labor and delivery process and have the opportunity to have your questions (and those of your partner or coach) answered. The better educated you are, the more comfortable you will be during the actual event.
- UltrasoundWe offer many services and conveniences to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Please see our services page for most of the services that we offer. We offer ultrasound services at our Middletown and Lebanon locations, we do in-office procedures at our Middletown office, and are also now doing research studies that are relevant to gynecology. We also offer pre-visit check-in that allows our patients to verify their demographics and history prior to arriving for their appointment so the check in process is quick and easy. We have a reminder system to remind you of your upcoming appointment, you can complete a survey after your visit so you can let us know how your experience was, and we also offer online bill pay. We also have a portal where you can request an appointment or prescription refill, ask questions, and review your results.
- Minimally Invasive SurgeryOur physicians are trained to use the robot to perform minimally invasive surgery on patients that normally would have required major surgery with hospital stays of up to 3 days, these procedures can now be performed at the Atrium with smaller incisions, shorter hospital stays, and less recovery times. Dr Hilkowitz and Dr Reina were instrumental in bringing the robot program to Middletown. They have extensive training on the robot and help to train other physicians that are new to the device.
