Came to my house and told me I needed a part he would have to order. 2 wks later no part no call. when I called his office I was told that he would call me. Never happened. Called another tech and they fixed the problem that day and I didn't need the part roy said I needed. Very unproffessional not to call back since it was Aug at 90 Degrees. would not recommend this guy anymore.
