I took my little girl to Cozy Critters a couple months ago. My dog has one dew claw that grows backwards and if not trimmed hurts her paw. I paid cozy critters to give her a hair cut and nails trim. Instead of cutting her dew claw that was already close to growing into her paw they didn’t even trim it. They didn’t inform that it was growing towards her paw. I had no idea it was hurting her until I was wiping dirt off her paws and she cried! Obviously this pet groomer doesn’t care about your dog’s well being.

This was by far the most unprofessional business owner I've ever encountered. I spoke with a women earlier this week and inquired about getting my corgi's nails clipped. The lady explained that she took nail appts after 2pm and to just bring the dog in. I said great and asked if 4:30 on Friday would work, she said that would be fine.

Friday comes and we are pulling into the plaza I notice the sign says closed although the business web page says They are opened until five. The owner however is getting out of her car and goes to unlock the door. Oh good I think, maybe she just ran out for a bit. Nope. I explain why I'm there thinking she was going to let us in since it was pouring rain. This owner preceded to look at me like I was crazy a and tell me I did not speak with her although all my info matched up. Any other business would try to compensate either by rescheduling or taking my appt regardless. She did neither and was very rude. All I needed was the dogs nails clipped and I would have been fine with rescheduling but she literally treated us as an inconvenience. Cozy Critters has terrible business ethic and customer service. Don't waste your time with this place .
