I purchased a dining room set from Simon's a few month's ago and my experience was excellent. The salespeople were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Shipping was early; delivery was on time. Plus, I could order the pieces I wanted right out of a catalogue without having to buy them as a prearranged "set". At Jordan's, you can't break up sets. Or at least, they don't like to. And if they don't offer a piece that's available in the catalogue, you can't get it. But the best part is there's no price differential because, as my Simon's salesperson told me, the manufacturers set the price! Who knew? So I went to Jordan's to see the floor sample and made sure I really liked it, then went to Simon's and ordered the pieces that I wanted.

Local store that is family operated. I have always bought appliances there and their prices are always really low...the salesman told me they are part of a buying group and they stock $40 million worth of appliances in Franklin and thats how they can get such low prices and fast delivery. I have not bought furniture yet, but everything looks really really nice.

Simon's is the nicest furniture store, they have a large selection of furniture and also have mattresses and appliances. When they have sales you can get some really good deals, I tend to do better here than at the chains. The owner Kirk is always there helping customers and always makes me laugh. I highly recommend Simon's.

Simon's furniture is the areas largest furniture store by far. They have appliances and mattresses in a showroom that i consistently get lost in. The staff is great and not too pushy, the customer service is excellent when you have a problem. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture, mattresses or appliances.
